Terms & Conditions - Private lessons

PRICELIST

1.) Single trial lesson or when booked separately: £50.00

2.) package of 5 lessons: £237.50 (includes 5% discount) instead of £250.00*

3.) package of 10 lessons: £450.00 (includes 10% discount) instead of £500.00*

PARTIES

a.) Simon Walkowiak trading as Profi-Dance Studios and Private-Dance-Lessons ("the Organiser"), 238-246 King Street, Hammersmith, London, W6 0RF.
b.) you and any other person taking part in the Lesson/Activity ("the Participant(s)", "the Learner(s)").

ORGANISER

a.) The Organiser of the Lesson/Activity is Simon Walkowiak and Profi-Dance Studios, 238-246 King Street, Hammersmith, London, W6 0RF.
b.) The Organiser may employ and hire contractors and sub-contractors as well as paid and voluntary staff in order to realise the aims and objectives of the Lesson/Activity.

PAYMENT

a.) all Lessons must be pre-paid in advance in full by the Participant at least 72 hours prior to the Lesson commencement. Otherwise the Organiser reserves the right to offer the ineffictevily booked private lessons to another Participant.
b.) the Organiser accepts all major debit/credit cards online (via PayPal service), e-banking transfer and cheques payable to "PROFI-DANCE". Debit/credit card payments may also be made by phone. No cash payments will be accepted.

REFUND POLICIES

a.) Full refund will only apply when the Lesson/Activity is cancelled or re-arranged/postponed so that the Participants can not take part in it.
b.) Limited refund will only apply when the Participant cancels the participation in the Lesson not later than 48 hours before the start time of the Lesson once the fee has been already paid. Cancellation fee of £5 will be deducted from the fee to be refunded in that situation to cover administration and banking expenses.
c.) No refund will be made to the Participant cancelling his/her attendance in the Lesson up to 48 hours before the start time of the Lesson or once the Lesson started.
d.) No refund will be given to the participant asked by the Organiser or any staff member to leave the Lesson due to not obeying the rules of proper behaviour.
e.) In specific situations the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Lesson, part of it, change the venue or date of the Lesson. In the event of any cancellation all Participants will receive the refund of the participation fee (it refers to the whole Lesson) or equivalent for each cancelled part of the Lesson.

SAFETY

a.) The Organiser will make every effort to run all activities safely and securily. No third parties or persons without consent of the Organiser are allowed to take part in the Lesson.
b.) Physical contact may be necessary by members of the teaching staff. Participants can discuss this matter with the Organiser before or during the Lesson.
c.) Participants are responsible for their behaviour during the Lesson and may be liable for any damages to the premises, equipment or any other person.
d.) Participants are advised not to attend the Lesson if they are aware of any injury/illness and other conditions which may affect their participation in the Lesson. Otherwise they may only attend the Lesson at their own risk.
e.) All participants are advised to insure themselves in the event of medical treatment, hospitalisation, inability to take part in activities due to injury/illness or personal or family reasons.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

a.) By registering online, at registration desk before the Lesson, by post or telephone, the Participants confirm that they read and accepted all terms and conditions of the Lesson.
b.) The Organiser reserves the right to hold all information about the Participants in order to run the activities of the Lesson and to carry out the business. Information about the Organiser's customers will never be disclosed to any third parties except where the law allows and requires. In any other situations the participants will be asked to give permission to use personal information.
c.) The Organiser reserves the right to record videos, take photographs and other media materials, and publish them on Profi-Dance Studios.com or Private-Dance-Lessons.co.uk website or use in all other marketing purposes without prior consent of the Participants. The Participants not accepting this condition are advised not to attend the Lesson or are advised to discuss this matter with the Organiser.
d.) Participant's parents, family members or other third parties may record videos or take photographs only with the prior written consent of the Organiser.
