Participation fee: £80 per person (just £6.67 per an hour) or £150 per couple (only £6.25 per an hour/person)

- dance training at the highest level (we do not teach steps only! we will show you the proper poise, footwork, leading, rhythm interpretation, body moves and hip actions)

Courses starting in September 2010, will cover the following programme: basics of Waltz, Rumba, Cha-Cha-Cha and Quickstep and essential Introduction to Ballroom & Latin Social Dancing.
Waltz being famous as a wedding dance is still very popular on social dance floors throughout the UK. Its slow, rhythmical tempo, glamourous character and beautiful, delicate and smooth music makes it one of the most elegant dances in the World. Learn to dance it and become the king of the dance floor!
Rumba – truly romantic dance, full of passion and emotions... Dance it with someone you like or love. It tells a story about dramatic relationship and romance. Feeling is essential here... The most demanding dance on the course.
Cha-Cha-Cha with its energetic and dynamic rhythm is synonymous with fun and joy. Keep smiling while dancing it, use your hips, turn your partner around and learn typical Latin American moves. Have a great party time with Cha-Cha-Cha!
Quickstep - a stylish, glamourous and lively Ballroom dance, danced at social dancing events from 1920s until nowadays. If you like listening to Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Julie London and Cole Porter, this dance will quickly become your favourite one!
Introduction to Social Dancing – an essential part of our dance courses for Beginners (we are the only dance studio in London doing this!). You will learn how to: understand the rhythm and find it in the music (rhythmical awareness), control your body and do not let your body control you! (body awareness), prepare for dancing (warm-up exercises), lead your partner consciously and co-operate in the couple, interpret the music at very basic level, move smoothly and keep proper poise, behave at the party and avoid making serious dancing “faux pas”.
